need help!

i need help of you bill to make my own server... im not quiting billscape never but id like to make my own server.
i got a source but how to add items in shops and decide prices, how to get npc there i want it.
and how to compile the server. i need help and im gladly giving out staff to friends.
and how to get a server client
can somone tell me. i need it. and if u got pics il be happy.

i no your asking bill but, there are plenty of guides to show you how to make one.
if your asking him to make you one, i higher doubt he will want to do that.
you need to get a cache for your client, cant remember how i made one but jagex closed it down, because i had no copy right code or anything .

2. how to add commands like: ::pickup ::home ::jail and stuff like tht.

3. and how to add items in the shops and change prices.

4. (last one) :d how to unadd ::master and ::pure my server got the ::master and ::pure.
how to readd tht

doesnt matter if somone dont help me.
