Admin Items

Are non admin/mods allowed to have admin items?
Because i saw a few people with bandos armour which are admin items im not shure if were allowed to have them?
so are we?

There are certain admin items that a player is alloud to weild like bandos and granite,players should not be wearing void at all,they can under admin or owner permission-although g mauls are glitched and under no circunstaces may u to be wielding one,i like to guve warnings before taking action,you will be asked to be striped and then muted if you do it again.
