This may sound lame but i did it this way.
1. Go kill a man to get 30 attack and get 40 str
2. Kill those archers in lumbie till 75 attack
3. Buy a whip gain str to 60 on the archers
4. Start lvling attack to 99
5. You got 99 attack!
